The short version
- You can't buy anything on OpenCtrl today, so there's nothing to refund yet.
- When OpenCtrl Cloud launches: cancel any time and keep access to the end of the paid month. No refunds for partial months.
- Unused top-up credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Your legal rights as a consumer always apply.
Today
Everything on OpenCtrl is free, and nothing can be bought here today. OpenCtrl Cloud is coming soon; until it launches there's no checkout and no payment. Donations go through an outside donation page and are voluntary gifts, so they're handled by that page's own terms.
OpenCtrl Cloud subscriptions
You can cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.
Top-up credits
Unused top-up credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits you've used can't be refunded.
Your legal rights
Your legal rights always apply. That includes, where it applies to you as a consumer, the EU and UK right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Nothing on this page takes those rights away.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@openctrl.app from the address on your account, saying what you bought and when.
